- Eggs – 3 pieces
- 1% Milk – 100 ml (1/2 cup)
- Pumpkin – 125 grams (1/2 cup)
- Semolina – 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
- Sweetener – to taste
How to Make Marble Casserole:
- Pour cottage cheese into a bowl, add milk, eggs, sweetener, semolina, and baking powder. Blend everything thoroughly.
- Divide the resulting mass into 2 parts.
- Grate the pumpkin, squeeze out the excess moisture, sprinkle with cinnamon, and add sweetener.
- Mix the pumpkin with one half of the cottage cheese mass. Grease a mold with butter and layer the casserole, alternating fillings: 2 tablespoons of white mass, then 2 tablespoons of orange.
- Bake the dessert in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit). Let the casserole cool before serving.
