Ingredients:
- Sour Cream — 250 g (1 cup)
- Unsalted Butter — 110 g (1/2 cup)
- Baking Soda — 1/2 tsp
- All-Purpose Flour — 2 cups
- Lemons/Oranges — 1.5 pieces
- Sugar — 1 cup
- Egg Yolk — 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar — to taste
Instructions:
Combine sour cream with baking soda. Add melted butter to the sour cream, mix until smooth. Gradually add flour in small portions. After adding 1.5 cups, check the consistency: if the dough sticks to your hands, add the remaining half cup. If it doesn’t stick, do not add more flour. Knead the dough and divide it into 2 equal parts.
Cut oranges/lemons into small wedges (with peel) and blend. Mix the blended lemon with 1 cup of sugar. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Spread half of the dough as the base.
Distribute the dough over the entire surface of the mold, creating small edges. Place the filling and spread it evenly over the entire base. Flatten the second part of the dough with your hands and cover the filling.
