- 300 g sugar (about 1.5 cups)
- 1 lemon
- 100 ml water (about 0.4 cups)
How to Make Kiwi and Lemon Jam:
- Start by cutting the lemon into quarters and slicing each quarter into thin rounds.
- In a saucepan, arrange the sliced lemon, 100 g (1/2 cup) of sugar, and pour in the water. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Peel and slice the kiwi into rounds.
- Add the kiwi to the simmering lemon mixture, and incorporate the remaining sugar. Bring it to a boil.
- Transfer the mixture to a ceramic or glass bowl and let it cool. It’s advisable to leave the jam overnight, covering it with cling film. Do not refrigerate during this step.

- Transfer the jam into sterilized jars and seal them.
