The delicate and soft cake “Monastery hut” from pancakes is prepared surprisingly quickly and very simply. It will become a very delicious and beautiful treat for tea.
In this dessert, a harmonious combination of sweet and sour cherry and tender sour cream. If you do not like cherries, you can replace it with any fruits and berries: the taste of the cake will definitely not get worse from this.
We will cook such beauty without an oven, in a pan. An excellent option for a quick cake without baking will appeal to all the hostesses.

- 400 grams of canned cherries (seedless);
- 150 grams of granulated sugar;
- two fresh chicken eggs;
- 270 grams of wheat flour;
- 600 milliliters of milk;
- two tablespoons of refined sunflower oil;
- 500 milliliters of sour cream with a fat content of at least 20%;
- 40 grams of dark chocolate;
- half a teaspoon of sugar;
- half a teaspoon of salt.
Pancake hut cake from pancakes: a step-by-step cooking process
First, prepare the dough and bake pancakes. Drive two chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add half a teaspoon of salt and granulated sugar, whisk a little with a whisk or mixer.
Pour 150 milliliters of warm milk (any fat content) and mix everything with a mixer.
Pour all the pre-sifted wheat flour and mix (with a mixer or whisk) until smooth.
Pour the remaining warm milk into the resulting dough and stir with a mixer until smooth again.
The dough must be allowed to stand: about 15-20 minutes.
After this time, pour odorless vegetable oil into the dough and move to the stove: we will bake pancakes.
We grease a well-heated pan with vegetable oil and pour out the dough for the first pancake. Fry over low heat, on both sides, until golden brown.
We fry all other pancakes in a dry pan: you do not need to grease it anymore.
We put the finished pancakes in a stack on a plate: you do not need to grease them with oil. To make a cake you need 21 pancakes.
After all the pancakes are ready, we begin cooking the cream. In a deep bowl we spread thick fat sour cream.
Add 150 grams of granulated sugar to sour cream and mix everything with a whisk until smooth.
We begin to collect the cake. For each pancake, on the one hand, we spread a number of canned cherries (pitted). We turn off the tube.
Tip. If you make a cake of frozen cherry, then first defrost it at room temperature.
Then transfer to a saucepan, add half a glass of sugar and cook for one minute after boiling. Start collecting the cake after the cherry has cooled.
We lay out the pancake tubes immediately on the dish, on which we will serve.
In the first row we lay out six pancakes with cherry filling, grease them with cream.
In each subsequent row we lay out one pancake less: make it so that we get a pyramid.
Every row must be coated with cream.
With the remaining cream, coat the entire cake on top.
We decorate the cake with grated dark chocolate, let it soak for two hours – and you can serve it on the table.
