Emerald Salad

Ingredients:

  • Chicken eggs: 3 (180 grams / 6.4 ounces)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Light mayonnaise, to taste
  • Ham: 200 grams / 7 ounces)
  • Fresh mushrooms: 150 grams / 5.3 ounces)
  • Onion: 1 (200 grams / 7 ounces)
  • Cheese: 100 grams / 3.5 ounces)

For garnish:

  • Cucumber: 2 (200 grams / 7 ounces)

Instructions:

Dice the ham into cubes.

Boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them into small cubes.

Slice the onion and mushrooms, then sauté them in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Grate the cheese using a grater.
