Ingredients:
- Chicken eggs: 3 (180 grams / 6.4 ounces)
- Salt, to taste
- Light mayonnaise, to taste
- Ham: 200 grams / 7 ounces)
- Fresh mushrooms: 150 grams / 5.3 ounces)
- Onion: 1 (200 grams / 7 ounces)
- Cheese: 100 grams / 3.5 ounces)
For garnish:
- Cucumber: 2 (200 grams / 7 ounces)
Instructions:
Dice the ham into cubes.
Boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them into small cubes.
Slice the onion and mushrooms, then sauté them in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Grate the cheese using a grater.
Mix all the ingredients (except for the cucumbers), season with salt, dress with mayonnaise or sour cream, and mix well.
On a flat plate, form a salad mound. Slice the cucumbers thinly and, starting from the top, press them into the salad in a clockwise direction, diagonally, alternating until reaching the bottom.
