  • Raw sesame seeds: 2 tbsp (16g)
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp (30ml)
  • Rice vinegar or white wine vinegar: 1 tsp (5ml)
  • Vegetable oil
  • Dark sesame oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions:

Cook the Noodles:

Boil the noodles in a large pot of salted water according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let them dry.

 

Make the Omelette:

In a bowl, beat the eggs with 2 tbsp (30ml) of room temperature water, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
