Ingredients:
- Chocolate: 4 ounces (110 grams)
- Cottage cheese (9% fat): 7 ounces (200 grams)
- Wafer cakes: 2 pieces
- Unsalted butter: 2.1 ounces (60 grams)
- Banana: 10.5 ounces (300 grams)
Instructions:
In a blender, crush the wafer cakes into crumbs. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork. Add the wafer crumbs to the cottage cheese and mix well.
Break the chocolate (3.2 ounces) into pieces and place it in a container along with the unsalted butter. Melt the mixture (I melted it in the microwave). Stir well. Add the chocolate-butter mixture to the cottage cheese. Mix well. Taste the mixture; sweet tooths may add more powdered sugar to taste.
Now, for the first serving option: spread the chocolate-cottage cheese mixture on plastic wrap. Place the banana on top. Roll it into a sausage shape. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to set.
For the second serving option: slice the banana into rounds. Pinch off a small piece of the mixture, flatten it into a disc, and place a banana slice in the center. Roll it into balls. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, grate the chocolate (0.7 ounces) with a fine grater and coat our sausage and balls with it. Serve and enjoy!
