Slow Cooker Moscow Chicken
Directions: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until well browned on both sides. Allow chicken to cool slightly.
Wrap each thigh in a piece of bacon, and place in slow cooker. Sprinkle garlic and ginger over the chicken; top with Russian dressing. Cook on Low heat for 5 to 6 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Melt-in-Your-Mouth Slow Cooker Chicken
Directions: Whisk sea salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder together in a bowl. Season chicken breasts with seasoning mixture and place chicken in the slow cooker.
Stir cream of mushroom soup, Italian dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, flour, and vinegar together in a bowl; pour over chicken.
Cook on Low for 6 hours.
Shred chicken in the slow cooker using 2 forks.

Directions: Mix chicken, onion, tomato sauce, chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce, jalapeno peppers, garlic, oregano, cumin, chili powder, and red pepper flakes in a slow cooker.
Cook on Low until chicken is no longer pink in the center, 2 to 3 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred using 2 forks; return to the slow cooker.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir chorizo sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 10 minutes; drain and discard grease. Stir chorizo into chicken mixture.
Cook on Low for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Slow Cooker Barbeque Chicken
Directions: Put chicken breast halves in a slow cooker.
Whisk barbeque sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl until the sugar dissolves; pour over the chicken.
Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours.
Slow Cooker Butter Chicken
Directions: Melt the butter and vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the chicken, onion, and garlic. Cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 10 minutes. Stir in the curry powder, curry paste, tandoori masala, garam masala, and tomato paste until no lumps of tomato paste remain. Pour into a slow cooker, and stir in the cardamom pods, coconut milk, and yogurt. Season to taste with salt.
Cook on High 4 to 6 hours, or on Low 6 to 8 hours until the chicken is tender and the sauce has reduced to your desired consistency. Remove and discard the cardamom pods before serving.
Creamy Chipotle Chicken
Directions: Place the chicken breasts into a slow cooker, brush with butter, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Pour in the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth, and add the cream cheese, peppers, and adobo sauce. Stir the mixture gently. Cover, set the cooker to Low, and cook for 6 hours.
Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
Directions: Put chicken, margarine and dressing mix in slow cooker; mix together and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
Add cream cheese and soup, mix together and cook on high for another 1/2 hour or until heated through and warm.
Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken with Bok Choy
Directions: Combine onions, garlic, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and bay leaf in slow cooker. Season with black pepper. Place chicken thighs atop mixture. Sprinkle paprika over chicken thighs.
Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
Switch slow cooker to High. Add bok choy to chicken mixture; cook another 5 minutes. Garnish with green onion.
Directions: Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry. Season with the lemon juice, salt, pepper, celery salt and paprika to taste. Place in a slow cooker.

Directions: Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, Italian salad dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken.
Cover, and cook 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low.
