Elevate your ground chicken with the goodness of cauliflower, bell peppers, cheese, and eggs… Perfect! When it comes to making patties, this is the only way to go!
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast — 600 g (about 1.3 lbs)
- Cauliflower — 300 g (about 2.5 cups)
- Bell pepper — 1 pc.
- Hard cheese — 70-80 g (about 1/2 cup)
- Eggs — 2 pcs.
- Sour cream — 2 tablespoons
- Flour — 2 tablespoons
- Green onions — a small bunch
- Parsley, salt, and ground pepper — to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
Finely dice the chicken breast and bell pepper. Disassemble the cauliflower into florets, blanch them in salted water for about 5 minutes, then dice finely. Add chopped green onions.
Grate the hard cheese using a coarse grater. Add eggs, sour cream, flour, salt, and ground pepper to the grated cheese. Mix well, then add the diced chicken, bell pepper, and cauliflower. Combine thoroughly.
Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Retrieve the mixture from the refrigerator. Moisten your hands with cold water and shape the mixture into patties.
Fry the patties in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Serve them with your favorite side dish or a refreshing vegetable salad.
Enjoy your meal!
