- A pinch of sugar
- 40 grams of flour (40 g / 1/3 cup)
- 25 grams of butter (25 g / 1.75 tbsp)
- A pinch of salt
- 2 egg yolks
For the Cream:
- 1 cup of milk (1 cup / 240 ml)
- 150 grams of blue cheese, preferably Roquefort (150 g / 5.3 oz)
- 1 bunch of dill
- Salt, to taste
Cooking Instructions:
