Ingredients:
- 250 grams (8.8 ounces) margarine
- 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 500 grams (3-3.5 cups) flour
Instructions:
- Melt the margarine. Sift the flour with baking powder. Rub the yeast with the flour. Beat the eggs, pour in the milk and margarine.
- Knead the dough, transfer it to a bag, and refrigerate for two hours. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Divide the dough into 5 parts. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of sugar (you can mix the sugar with cinnamon) onto the table, place a piece of dough on the sugar, and roll out a 5-6 mm thick cake.
- Cut into segments and roll each segment into a crescent shape. You can add filling; I used jelly candies or any kind of marmalade, placed on the segment and rolled up.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Enjoy your meal!
