Ingredients:
- Pita (to taste)
- Processed Cheese – 200 grams (about 1 cup)
- Smoked Sausage (Servelat) – 250 grams (about 1.25 cups)
- Tomato – 200 grams (about 1 cup)
- Garlic – 1 clove (5 grams)
- Dill – 50 grams (about 1/3 cup)
- Chicken Eggs – 2 pieces (120 grams)
- Wheat Flour – 15 grams (about 2 tbsp)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Slice the sausage and tomatoes. Finely chop the dill. Mince the garlic.
Cut Pita and Assemble:
- Cut pita into several squares. Spread one pita sheet with processed cheese. Add a layer of dill, garlic, sausage, and tomatoes. Cover with another pita sheet.
Repeat Layers:
- Repeat the process, creating two more layers of the same ingredients. Finish by covering the top layer with pita, pre-spread with processed cheese.
