Ingredients:
- 1 can (350 grams / 12.3 ounces) condensed milk with sugar
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- Lemon, to taste
- 1 cup (130 grams / 4.6 ounces) all-purpose flour
- 3 grams baking soda
For the Filling:
- 300 grams (10.5 ounces) cottage cheese with dried apricots
For Greasing:
- Sunflower oil
Instructions:
In a bowl, pour the condensed milk and add eggs, whisk until well combined. Squeeze lemon juice into the mixture and dissolve baking soda in it, then pour the liquid into the bowl. Add a pinch of salt.
