INGREDIENTS
- 1 sheet of ready-to-use puff pastry (250 g)
- 2 small apples
- 1.5 tbsp of sugar
- 0.5 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 egg for brushing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Thaw the puff pastry and roll it out slightly.
- Cut the pastry into 6 equal pieces.
- Cut the apples into thin slices.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl.
- Beat the egg in another bowl.
- Lay the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the apple slices on top, and sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture over them.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 370°F for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
