No-Bake “Semolina” Cake: Step-by-Step Recipe
- Cook milk semolina porridge, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool.
- Softened margarine or butter, beat with a hand mixer. Add sugar and continue beating. Add egg yolks one at a time and continue beating.
- To the egg yolk mixture, add cooled semolina porridge one tablespoon at a time, stirring continuously, until the entire porridge is combined with the butter mixture.
- Divide the mixture into two parts, adding 1 tablespoon of cocoa to one part.
- Take a detachable baking pan Ø 23 cm (9 inches), place round cookies on the bottom. Layer the first layer of coffee-flavored semolina pudding on the cookies, followed by the second layer of white semolina pudding. Smooth everything out and refrigerate the mold.
