Marinated Garlic the Cold Way! Incredibly Delicious!

Ingredients:

  • Garlic – 1 kg (2.2 lbs)
  • Water – 600 ml (2.5 cups)
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp
  • Whole Black Peppercorns – 7 pieces
  • Cloves – 10 buds
  • Vinegar – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 2 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Peel the outer layers of the garlic. You can separate the cloves or leave the garlic head intact.
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, cloves, and black peppercorns. Bring to a boil. Once removed from heat, add the vinegar.
  3. Arrange the garlic cloves in clean half-liter jars, pouring the marinade over them.
  4. Seal the jars tightly with lids and place them in a cool place, not in the refrigerator.
  5. After 2 months, the marinated garlic will be ready to enjoy!
