Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- Chicken Egg – 1 piece
- Unsalted Butter – 80 grams (0.35 cups)
- Powdered Sugar – 100 grams (0.5 cups)
- Cocoa Powder – 3 tablespoons
- Milk – 100 milliliters (0.42 cups)
- All-Purpose Flour – 130 grams (1.04 cups)
- Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Extract – 1 gram
For the Cream:
- Heavy Cream (35%) – 150 milliliters (0.63 cups)
- Powdered Sugar – 4 tablespoons
Instructions:
Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance.
Measure the required amount of powdered sugar and milk.
In a bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
Cream the butter with powdered sugar until soft and fluffy.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa) and milk.
Stir until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Using a spoon or pastry bag, place the dough on a baking sheet in the form of small round cakes – they will increase in size during baking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10-12 minutes. While the cakes cool, prepare the cream.
Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Spread the cream on one cake, cover with another. You can lightly dust the desserts with powdered sugar.
