Ingredients:
- 2 kg (about 4.4 pounds) of plums
- 2-3 heads of garlic
- 2-3 hot peppers
- 20 grams (about 1.5 tablespoons) of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons of ground black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)
Preparation:
