How to fry chicken in a multicooker.

Rinse the pieces of chicken under cold water.

Thoroughly coat with spices, and at the same time add salt, if necessary. It is best to do this immediately after rinsing while the chicken is still wet and the spices adhere well to it and then spread over the entire area.

Let’s start frying – pour a spoonful of oil into the multicooker. Although. It is possible to fry without oil – just put the most fatty pieces of chicken at the bottom, so the chicken will be fried in its own fat.

But I still prefer to do it with oil, because it’s easier and it tastes better, and yes, I’m not watching my figure. By the way, at this step you can start pan frying potatoes with mushrooms as a side dish.
On the multicooker set the baking mode and set the time to 1 hour. It is better not to close the lid of the multicooker, because if you close it you will get stewed chicken and not fried.

Every 10 minutes you need to stir the chicken. Turn with a special spatula for frying, so as not to damage the cooking surface.

After one hour – the chicken is ready! You are great. Bon appetit. The chicken should be served with greens.

Purely on a personal feeling in the pan frying is still faster, but in the multicooker chicken is much softer and more appetizing.
