French recipes usually seem rather expensive and complicated in terms of technology. However, this is not the case with quiche. It requires ordinary products, and even a novice cook can make it.
Ingredients
- Broccoli head 1 pc.
- Young carrots 10 pcs.
- Milk 300 ml
- Eggs 4 eggs
- Grated hard cheese 100g
- Flour 2 tbsp.
- Garlic clove 1 pc.
- Dill bunch.
- Provence herbs To taste
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste
Instructions
- Boil broccoli and carrots in salted water for 4 minutes, then cool.
- Add eggs, flour, grated cheese, chopped dill, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs to the milk and whisk the mixture.
- Place carrots and broccoli on the batter, pour the milk mixture over it and bake for 45 minutes at 170 °C.
