  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 300 grams (10.5 ounces) Flour
  • 150 grams (5.3 ounces) Sugar

Filling:

  • 300 grams (10.5 ounces) Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 3-4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Semolina
  • A handful of Prunes (Plums)
  • Melted Chocolate for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine chilled butter with flour and sugar to create a crumbly mixture. Add cocoa powder and mix well.
  2. For the filling: mash cottage cheese with sugar, add baking soda, semolina, eggs, sour cream, and chopped prunes. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Spread 1/3 of the crumb mixture into a baking pan, followed by half of the filling, then another layer of crumb mixture, and so on. The top layer should be the crumb mixture.
  4. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40-50 minutes.
  5. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
  6. Carefully remove from the pan and garnish with melted chocolate.
