  • Sausage Casings: 4.9-6.6 ft (1.5-2 meters)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:

Rinse and dry the chicken meat. Cut it into pieces small enough to fit through your meat grinder. Place the chicken in a bowl, season with salt and your choice of spices and seasonings.

Cut the bacon into strips or cubes and add to the chicken. Mix well and let the mixture marinate under plastic wrap for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
