Ingredients:

- Soft cheese, 5.3 oz (150 grams)
- Mayonnaise, 1.8 oz (50 grams)
- Parsley, 0.35 oz (10 grams)
- Imitation crab sticks, 3.5 oz (100 grams)
- Garlic, 1 clove, 0.12 oz (5 grams)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the omelet: crack the eggs into a bowl, add sour cream, and season with salt to taste. Beat the eggs with sour cream and salt until well combined.
Pour the beaten eggs with sour cream into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. The size of the omelet for this amount of ingredients should be approximately 8×10 inches (20×25 centimeters).
Place the baking dish in an oven preheated to 338°F (170°C). Bake the omelet until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. It will rise at first, then settle and become even.
Prepare the filling: grate the soft cheese using a grater, add finely chopped garlic, chopped parsley or dill, crab sticks (cut into small pieces), and a little mayonnaise. Mix all the ingredients well. No need to add salt as the cheese and mayonnaise already contain enough saltiness.
Once the omelet has cooled slightly, spread the filling evenly over it.
