Ingredients (Serves 4):
- Cooked long-grain rice: 400g (14 oz)
- Fresh ginger root: 4 cm (1.6 inches)
- Garlic cloves: 4
- Large bunch of green onions
- Vegetable oil: 3 tbsp (45ml)
- Dark sesame oil
- Soy sauce for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.
Slice the white part of the green onions into thin rings and mix with the ginger and garlic. Cut the green part of the green onions diagonally into 2 cm (0.8 inch) pieces.
